Workload Analysis per Person
Workload analysis, position by position and person by person.
Pick a position on the left and the form of the chosen method opens on the right. If a position has more than one person, each is measured separately; the result shows per person and in total. Annual workload comes from standard time × frequency and, divided by effective hours, gives the norm and utilization per person.
What you gain with NORMAS
- The consultant enters the data; workload, norm and utilization are recalculated as the form changes.
- In the analysis, a consultant sees and edits only the positions assigned to them.
How it works
Measure, compare person by person, comment.
-
1
Measure a blue-collar position
In a time study, enter observed times and rating; allowances give standard time, frequency gives annual workload.
-
2
Measure a white-collar position
In the work log, enter activity, duration and weekly frequency; annual hours are calculated line by line.
-
3
Compare people, add comments
The position summary shows each person's workload, norm and utilization; add the consultant comment and improvement suggestion.
Screens are shown with sample data only; the application interface is in Turkish.
Purpose
To base workload on measurement rather than claims, and to make imbalances between people in the same position visible.
