Proposal, Scope and Execution Plan
From a staffing request to an approved proposal and an execution plan.
The preparation phase is five ordered steps: company details, blank information form, project scope, effort norms and effort calculation. Once the proposal is approved it moves into execution; positions are assigned to consultants and the GANTT plan is built automatically from the project start date.

Start the proposal
Enter the company details, download the blank information form in Excel and send it to the client; open proposals are tracked in one list.

Load the scope, calculate effort
Upload the completed form and calibrate the effort norms; person-day effort per position is calculated and downloads as PDF.

Build the execution plan
The approved proposal becomes a project; assign consultants to positions and let the GANTT build from the start date.

Set the team and permissions
Define the project team and roles and tick the position assignments; each consultant works on their own positions.
